Envato Rebranding

Envato is a familiar platform that connects millions of creatives around the world. The core prospect of this platform is to provide high-quality digital assets. Recently, rebranding Envato has become the talk of the town.

Envato announced a bold rebrand focusing on its growth and ongoing commitment to inspiring and supporting the global creative community. This rebrand is more than just a visual refresh. Indeed, it symbolizes Envato’s commitment to helping creatives worldwide.

However, are you still not aware of the new look of the Envato market? If yes, keep reading. Today, I’ll cover everything new on Envato.

Let’s start it.

What Is Envato?

Envato is a global marketplace where you can find tons of digital assets. It usually provides creative assets and resources to a huge community of designers, developers, and creators. It’s like a huge storehouse of tools like templates, graphics, and music to help bring their projects to life.

Genuinely, Envato was founded in 2006 by three entrepreneurs in Sydney. Over the years, Envato has grown into a key hub for creatives with tools, services, and inspiration to help creative designers and creators bring their ideas to life.

Rebrand Announcements of Envato

In the creative industry, Envato is a major player. It recently announced a significant rebrand, as I mentioned before. Do you know why they took this initiative? Check what they said about it.

“We wanted to evolve our brand to capture the feeling we hope to evoke in our community every time they interact with our brand and product: a sense of energy and a drive to do things differently.” Envato’s Chief Marketing Officer, Noelle Kim

Some major announcements bring changes in the new rebranding Envato program. Let’s check them out:

1. Purpose and Vision

Envato’s rebrand is not simply a cosmetic update. Indeed, it’s a reflection of its commitment to supporting and empowering creatives. The company aims to stay relevant even after the rebranding event. They want to evolve the brand to mirror the energy and passion of its community.

2. New Logo and Design Elements

New Logo and Design Elements

The rebrand introduces a fresh logo for Envato. This logo is inspired by the idea of creativity. Here, the new logo combines two main elements: the ‘Creative Spark,’ which symbolizes the energy and dynamism of the creative process, and the ‘Dynamic Dot,’ which represents individual creatives. These two elements make their unique contributions to form the logo.

3. Collaborative Process

Envato’s rebrand was a collaborative effort involving both in-house designers and Envato Authors. The logo and wordmark were crafted by Milos Mitrovic, an Envato Author, in partnership with Envato’s design team. This collaboration highlights the importance of the creative community in shaping the brand’s new identity.

4. Updated Color Palette

The rebrand also includes a revamped color palette. It uses a bolder and brighter version of the signature ‘Envato Green.’ They also introduce additional colors like Jalapeno (dark green), Soft Serve (cream), and Dark Bubble Gum (purple). This new addition to color simply brings more depth and energy to the brand.

5. Sonic Branding

To further enhance its identity, Envato partnered with composer K. They worked together to develop the new sonic logo. This sound branding captures the dynamic and creative spirit that Envato embodies. This approach adds another layer to the brand’s presence.

6. Gradual Rollout

Envato is gradually rolling out its new brand across its platform with an updated Envato Elements subscription site. The rebrand will continue to introduce new things in the coming months. Thus the company ensures that the community is involved and informed every step of the way.

How Are the New Changes

So, Envato brings exciting changes as part of its rebranding effort. Now, the question is how are the changes? As we see, most users are already accepting and appreciating the change.

Envato New Look

The new site is designed with a modern user interface (UI) and improved user experience (UX). So, navigating and accessing creative assets becomes easier and more intuitive. This update is being rolled out in phases, so some users will see the changes sooner than others.

In addition to the website upgrades, Envato is actively involving its Author community in the rebranding process. Authors, who are key contributors to the platform, will receive new brand assets, including updated logos and visual guidelines.

These resources will help them align their work with Envato’s refreshed brand identity. So, the entire approach to accepting the changes must be appreciated. Soon, we’ll see how designers and creators get the benefits in real-time as the Envato developers planned.

End Note

Rebranding Envato is undoubtedly a bold step forward. It symbolizes its growth and ongoing commitment to the creative community. Envato is changing its look with a fresh logo, beautiful colors, and modernized platforms. This look certainly reinforces its mission to inspire and empower creators worldwide.
