We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team, with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably in a design or creative agency.
What we expect from you!!
- Maintain and optimize project processes for smooth workflows.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to refine project scope.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Ensure projects stay on track with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Improve project profitability by streamlining planning and execution.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between teams and clients.
- Guide the team using UX knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Identify business opportunities and suggest improvements.
- Apply Agile methods to manage projects efficiently.
- Support business strategy and decision-making with insights.
What are our requirements?
- Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a design or creative agency.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Good understanding of UX design processes and problem-solving approaches.
- Experience with Agile methodology to manage design projects effectively.
- Prior experience in a UX/UI agency and managing design-related projects is a plus.
