Zantrik team approached us with an exciting challenge: Revamping their app from top to bottom to take the user experience to a whole new level! They were eager to introduce a bunch of amazing new features. Needless to say, we were thrilled to jump on board and help them turn their app into an absolute game-changer!

Zantrik App was in need of a redesign to address several pain points and improve the user experience. The old version of the app had issues like lack of gamification, not enough feedback after finishing orders, too many people calling customer care instead of using the app, an old look, and it wasn’t easy to get started.

Design Process

Here’s an overview of a medium-sized, 14 week website project.

Research

1 Week

The first week we focus on understanding the core requirements and analyze user pain points, while conducting a business analysis. This phase helps to identify the major challenges and set the base for an improved user experience.

Ideation & Strategy

2 Week

We gather insights through user interviews, competitor research, and journey mapping, then  team brainstorm and create wireframes. At the same time, we define project challenges and user satisfaction benchmarks to guide the design process.

Style Guide & UI Planning

3 Week

With a clear strategy, we move into defining the brand’s visual identity. We develop a style guide covering typography, color palette. Initial UI designs planned to ensure a consistent, modern, and user-friendly experience.

Final Testing & Refinements

4 Week

The last phase focused on validating the design through rigorous user testing. We conduct A/B tests, gather user reviews, and refine the final prototype. The design optimizes for usability to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for users.

Workflow Scenario

A workflow scenario within the context of our case study represents a meticulously designed and improved sequence of actions and interactions within the Vehicle Maintenance Service App. This scenario outlines how users will seamlessly navigate the app to achieve their objectives while addressing the challenges and pain points identified in the initial app version

Our experts made sure to keep the client informed about the progress of the Ways & Villas project by providing three updates per week, which included one team call and two written updates. Additionally, we conducted regular development reviews to ensure that the design and layout closely resembled the approved mockup, being in line with the client’s requirements.
