Zantrik team approached us with an exciting challenge: Revamping their app from top to bottom to take the user experience to a whole new level! They were eager to introduce a bunch of amazing new features. Needless to say, we were thrilled to jump on board and help them turn their app into an absolute game-changer!
Problem
Zantrik App was in need of a redesign to address several pain points and improve the user experience. The old version of the app had issues like lack of gamification, not enough feedback after finishing orders, too many people calling customer care instead of using the app, an old look, and it wasn’t easy to get started.
Several factors prompted the creation of this product:- Lack of gamification, not enough feedback after finishing orders
- Same repetitive features everywhere
- No dedicated page for offers and packages
- Some pages had a different look and feel compared to others
- Poor onboarding
Challenge
To address these issues, the app was redesigned with the goal of engaging more users and creating a more intuitive and adaptive interface.

A workflow scenario within the context of our case study represents a meticulously designed and improved sequence of actions and interactions within the Vehicle Maintenance Service App. This scenario outlines how users will seamlessly navigate the app to achieve their objectives while addressing the challenges and pain points identified in the initial app version

From concept to reality
Our experts made sure to keep the client informed about the progress of the Ways & Villas project by providing three updates per week, which included one team call and two written updates. Additionally, we conducted regular development reviews to ensure that the design and layout closely resembled the approved mockup, being in line with the client’s requirements.
