Problem

The existing version of Onethread faced significant design and user experience challenges, hindering its users’ productivity and causing frustration. To address these pain points, we embarked on an extensive redesign journey to create a user-centric and visually appealing project management solution.

Several factors prompted the creation of this product:

Comprehensive issue tracking and project management functionalities.
Lack of built-in collaboration tools for team communication
Absence centralized project view and configuration options
Advanced features only available in higher-priced plans
Limited built-in reporting and analytics capabilities.

Challenge

Develop a user-friendly and visually appealing website that effectively showcases the travel agency’s services, vacation packages, and featured destinations.

Several factors prompted the creation of this product:

We combined the UX and UI stages in order to convey our vision to the client as best as possible. Plus, the presentation of the concept was designed in an interactive form

We replaced the main typefaces with ones that are more user-friendly.
Instead of the original Red Hat Text we chose inter that is more common for iOS apps
